You can test a qualification flow without immediately committing to a paid plan. The useful question is when your actual workflow needs more capacity or additional features. Choosing a tier because it is labelled popular is less helpful than understanding which job it will perform for your team.

MeetQuickly’s Free and Pro plans share the core idea: qualify website enquiries and give suitable prospects a path to booking. Here is how to decide which starting point fits your sales process.

Use Free to evaluate one focused offer

At publication, the public Free plan lists one widget, 30 leads per month, AI lead scoring, and basic calendar booking. MeetQuickly branding is shown. This makes it a starting point for evaluating a flow on one service or product page.

Describe the customers you can help, review the generated questions, and inspect the public experience. Then assess whether real enquiries provide useful context for conversations. Do not treat a trial of the workflow as proof of a predictable sales result.

A single offer is easier to evaluate than several unrelated services introduced at once. Our launch checklist can help you check the page, questions, and booking expectations.

Review Pro when capacity becomes a requirement

The public Pro plan currently lists three widgets and unlimited leads, compared with one widget and 30 leads per month on Free. The monthly price shown is $29. Check the current pricing page before selecting a billing option or subscribing.

Additional widgets may be relevant when distinct offers need different qualification setups. They are not automatically necessary for every page on your website. First determine whether the visitor’s needs and your qualification criteria differ meaningfully between offers.

Unlimited lead capacity is a plan allowance, not a promise of additional demand. Choose it when the expected or observed volume justifies it, while reviewing the current terms that apply to your account.

Match the additional features to concrete work

Pro also lists AI lead scoring with assessment, removal of MeetQuickly branding, email notifications, and Google Calendar sync. Each feature should have a clear purpose in your process.

Review the actual options in the product before relying on a specific integration behaviour. A feature list does not establish every detail of your internal workflow.

Do not upgrade to solve a different problem

If enquiries are outside your offer, first review the page and ideal customer description. If calls lack context, review the questions and meeting preparation. Paying for more capacity alone will not clarify an unclear service.

MeetQuickly generates questions from your ideal lead description, scores responses, and lets Hot and Warm leads access booking. The score helps prioritise the next step; it does not guarantee attendance, purchasing intent, or a profitable project.

Use our results review guide to distinguish a capacity need from a process issue.

Choose the smallest plan that supports the workflow

Write down your widget count, lead volume, and essential features. Compare that list with the current plans rather than anticipating every possible future requirement.

Start free if you need to evaluate one qualification flow. Choose Pro when its capacity or features solve a present need, and inspect other tiers if your requirements exceed it. Review current plan details before making the decision. The goal is a useful qualification and booking process supported by the right level of service.
